The rising intensity of Turkish airstikes on targerts in Syria has jeopardised operations against ISIS, accoding to US officials.
The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) ehich are mostly bolstered by units from the Kurdish Poeple's Protection Unit (YPG) have said that they had to scale down anti-ISIS patrols due to corncerns over Turkish airstrikes and possible ground incursions.
US special forces work closely with the YPG on the ground of Syria, but the Turkish goverment has designated the group as a terrorist organization,
