Dr. George Yancopoulos is the CEO of Regeneration and maker
of two experimental therapies for the treatment of “mild to moderate” cases of
COVID-19 that was authorized by the US Food
and Drug Administration.
George Yancopoulos is founding scientist and Chief
Scientific Officer of Regeneration Pharmaceuticals. Is working alongside with
Chief Executive Officer MD. In 2016
Yancopoulos was also named President of Regeneration.
Son of Greek immigrants, he was born in 1959 and comes from a
wealthy family. Let us hope that soon a total therapy will be discovered for this deadly disease.
