As Greece counts 202 years from the beginning of the War of Independence the mind travels back to the glorious days of 1821. These were the days of bravery and battle, of blood and retaliation, rebels fighting against the Ottoman armies of total sacrifice and rebirth.
The new nation, Greece, was born on the battlefield, nourished by the blood of its heroes its glorious moment of great courage.
PLEASE DON'T FORGET THAT THE PARTHENON MARBLES MUST RETURN TO GREECE,
