At least 36 people are dead and many injured after two trains collide and burst into flames. A horrendous collision in the municipality of Elassona in northern Greece, many ambulances have been used to take the injured to nearby hospitals.
Our condolences to all that have lost their loved ones and a speedy recovery to the injured and our admiration for the brave men of the Greek firebrigade who save lives while risking their own.

All the leaders of the Greek political parties were present. New Democracy, Syriza, Pasok (Cynal) and the Communist Party.
