Ingredients;
350 ml water
300 ml orange juice
200 ml seed oil
500 g (2 cups) plain flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
50 g cocoa powder
Chocolate ganache
Stawberries'
Place all the wet ingredients in a bowl and the dry ingrediernts in another bowl. Mix together until a batter forms. Spoon the batter into a round oiled baking dish and bake in an oven preheated to 180 C (350 F) and bake for 30 minutes or until a tester inserted in the centre of the cake comes out clean. and allow to cool.
Invert the cake on a dish. cover with chocolate ganache and garnish with strawberries.
