The British Prime Minister’s father, Mr Stanley Jonson,
recently deviated from travel restrictions by flying to Greece to visit his
house at Horto, Pelion in Greece.

“I’m in Pelion on essential business trying to COVID-proof
my property in view of the upcoming letting season and to set up distancing
measures on the property because they are taking it very seriously here”,
Johnson said according to Daily Mail.

The property, known as “Villa Irene” is situated on the resort of Horto at Pelion, a beautiful location with fantastic views of
land and sea.
The locality offers both
sandy beaches on the Pagasitic Gulf and green mountainous slopes of the Pelion
peninsula and is a verification of Greece’s natural beauty.

According to Greek mythology, Pelion was the homeland of the
centaurs as well as the point of departure of Jason’s journeys with the
Argonauts in order to get the Golden Fleece.
The
main property, which also has a swimming pool, is selected for the sake of
privacy, which Stanley Johnson quoted as one of his concerns of visiting the
villa, in regards to the coronavirus pandemic.
