SWEET AND SOUR PRAWNS


 300 grams king prawns

2 tbsp soy sauce

40 gr cornflour

Sunflower oil for frying

A handful of coriander leaves chopped

Cooked rice to serve

Sauce'

1 onion, finely chopped

2 red peppers finely grsted

1tbsp brown sugar

100 ml malt vineger

2 garlic cloves fimely chopped

humbsized
