RECIPE FOR SALMON, COUS-COUS AND VEGETABLES.


 

500 g (1 lb) of salmon, 
Soy sauce 
Lemon juice. 
Chopped cardamom leaves 
5 Sliced mushrooms

500 g (1 lb) cous-cous boiled in salted water, and strained

Place the salmon in a bowl, add the lemon juice, soy sauce, cardamom and sliced mushrooms and marinate for one hour. Pour over the cous-cous and serve immediately,💓💓💓💓💓💓
