LEONARDO DA VINCI 'S MOTHER WAS A SLAVE NEW RESEARCH CLAIMS

 .A new research has surfaced revealing that Renaissance Master. Leonardo Da Vinci's mother was a half- slave.

According to Carlo Vecce, a professor at the University of Naples and an expert on Da Vinci says that his mother, Caterina, was a Circassian slave who lived in the Circassian mountains before coming to Florence.  There she met a young notary named Pierro Da Vinci whom she married.
