Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky condemned another barrage of Russian strikes, calling on their international allies to help Kyiv strengthen its defense system after a day of drone attacks in which at least twenty-four people are known to have died.
"Thirty percent of Ukraine's power stations have been taken by Russian strikes resulting in blackouts," the President said.
Zelensky also urged Ukrainian troops to take more Russian prisoners, saying this would make it easier to fire those held by Russia.
Meanwhile, the senior health official said that thirteen people have died due to recent Russian strikes.
