YOGURT ICECREAM


 4 cups frozen fruit

2 cups Greek yogurt

2 vanillas

6 tbsp honey or according to taste  


In a bowl of a food processor combine frozen fruit, yogurt, vanilla, and honey.  Process the mixture until smooth. 

Place in a bowl, cover with cling film and freeze for 45 minutes until thick.  Serve with biscuits,  (dose for 6 servings)
