France provides us with many kinds of cheese. Fresh cheeses like Petit Suisse and Brousse are used to make Fondu.
Roquefort is a strong cheese. Also Alsace Lauraine, Crottis de Champrol, Brabis, Camembert, Tomme de Savoie. Neufchatel, Valenceau Compte, Brie, Chaouch, Brousse, Bleu d' Auvegne, Cantal, which is one of the oldest cheeses in the world.
Greek cheeses are Feta, Kasseri, Myzithra. Anthotyro, and Graviera of Paros. Naxos and Crete. Kefalotyri, and San Michalis, which resembles Parmesan, Xinomavro, Mastelo and Katiki Domokou.
