THE QUEEN'S COFFIN TRAVELS TO BULRIAL SITE

Queen Elizabeth's II coffin has left her beloved Balmoral Castle as she begins her final journey.

The funeral cortege is making a 6-hour journey from Balmoral to Edinburg - it is now between Aberdeen and Dundee.

Thousands of people are lining the route remaining sad and silent and throwing flowers as the late monarch's hearse is driven to the Palace of Holyroodhouse.

The coffin will arrive in London on Tuesday and the Queen will lie in state at Westminster Abbey on Monday the 19th of September.  It will be a bank holiday.

Charles III was proclaimed King at an elaborate ceremony in London on Saturday. Prince William says he is honored to have been made Prince of Wales and vows to deepen his relationship with Welsh communities
