HONEY AND LEMON FISH FILLETS




6 cod fillets

Little olive oil 

Salt and freshly ground white pepper  to taste

1 egg, whipped

1 tbsp cornflour, mixed with a little water


Sauce:

3 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tbsp tomato ketchup

4 tbsp honey

1/2 cup water


Wash the fish and pat it dry, drizzle with a little olive oil, season to taste, and brush with egg and cornflour mixture and steam until tender.

Stir all the sauce ingredients together and boil until thick. Serve the fish fillets coated with the tangy sauce and mashed potatoes.
