President Biden and Vladimir Putin will speak today as the Western
nations warn that Moscow will invade its neighbor at any moment. Ukrainian and Russian officials met in the
German capital on ending the conflict in eastern Ukraine but nearly nine hours
of talks failed to produce a breakthrough on signing a joint document. However, both sides have tried to continue
the talks.
