According to the BBC, the latest rounds of violence between
Israel and the Palestinians are happening due to the unsolved conflict
between the two sides, which has once again been left to deteriorate. It is a deep wound in
the heart of the Middle East, therefore, ferocious face-to-face
confrontations have escalated into a deadly war, Besides fighting on the
field, airstrikes, and bombardments are taking place, killing umpteen civilians, even
innocent young children.
For more than a century, Jews and Arabs have tried to dominate
the land, between the River Jordan and the Mediterranean Sea, which has caused
an enormous animosity between the two sides.
As for Tayyip Erdogan, he is trying to inspire the Muslim world against Israel, which, undoubtedly, is an oasis of civilization in the Middle East.
Let us hope that in the not-so-distant future, both the
Palestinians and Israel will try to to find a tranquil solution to this
frightful war, that will satisfy both countries and will bring peace to the region.
