Food from Mykonos is Greek food. Here are two recipes:
STUFFED TOMATOES AND PEPPERS
Ingredients:
3 tomatoes
3 peppers
1 courgette
Mint
Olive oil
1/2 kg (1 lb) rice
Salt and pepper to taste
Slice the top of each tomato, reserving the lids. Scoop out the flesh of the tomatoes, chop it and place it in a bowl. Also, slice the top of the peppers and discard the seeds. Grate the courgette into the tomato mixture and add salt, pepper, mint, rice, and 1 spoon of sugar, stir them all together and boil the mixture for 10 minutes.
Stuff the tomatoes and peppers with the mixture place the lidson top and drizzle with olive oil and water and bake and bake in an ofven in an oven prheated to to 180 C (350 F) for about 1 hour.
