CHEWY RAISIN AND OAT BISCUITS

Ingredients:

1 cup raisins 

1cup cornflakes

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup self-rising flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup soft butter

2 eggs

Water


Combine raisins. cornflakes, oats. flour. sugars in a bowl and whisk in butter, eggs, and 1/4 cup water in a jug and pour into raisin mixture until well combined. Take 1 tbsp of the batter at a time and shape into balls.  Place balls 3 cm apart on a tin lined with buttered parchment and flatten out a bit. Preheat oven to 180 C (350 F) and bake until crisp and golden.  Cool in the tin, serve and enjoy.
