PASTITSIO

1 paket macaroni

1 kilo minced meat

1 onion, peeled and grated

2 cloves of garlic, 

1 paket tomato juice.minced

Olive oll divided

For the Bechamel

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp corn flour 

2 cups of milk

2 eggs. separasted, whites whipped with a pinch of salt

Grated parmesan

Salt and pepper to taste

Mix the pasta wuth th minced meat add 2 tbsp of bechamel and place in an round pyrex dish cover with the remaining bechamel and bake in an oven preheated to 180 C (250 F)  for 45 minutes until golden brown.
