Athens is the highest holiday destination in the world,
according to a British survey, with Rhodes coming sixth.
The survey by money.co.uk. checked which cities are the best
around the world when it came to hotels, restaurants, nights out, and things to do.
It found that 11.8% of the hotels in Athens are five-star
rated by users, 10% of its restaurants are in the Michelin Guide. 33.6% of the night-life
establishments have five-star ratings, as do 44.5% of the things to do in Athens.
Therefore Athens has an overall score of 19.7%, Lisbon with
15.8%, and Rhodes with 13.7%.
