1 kilo (2 lb) tenderloin sliced
Olive oil
1 onion, peeled and grated
2 cloves garlic peeled and minced
2 cups sliced mushrooms
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup white wine
1 cup thick cream
1 cup vegetable stock
Saute the tenderloin slices in olive oil for 2 minutes on each side, pour in the wine and simmer until the alcohol evaporates. Add the mushrooms, cream and vegetable stock and simmer gently imtil both the meat and mushrooms are tender
