RECIPE FOR CHOCOLATE WEDDING CAKE


 650 g butter 

650 g cocoa

100 ml strong coffee

1 tsp vanilla

650 g plain flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

950 g light brown sugar

10 eggs

2 cups sour cream


Heat oven to 180 C and line a baking dish with buttered parchmnt. Whip butter and sugar until light and fluffy add the eggs one at a time add all the other ingredients and bake for 45 minutes until brown and spungy.
