1 kilo (2 lb) tenderloin sliced
Olive oil
1 onion, peeled and grated
2 cloves garlic peeled and minced
2 cups sliced mushrooms
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup white wine
1 cup thick cream
1 cup vegetable stock
Saute the tenderloin slices in olive oil for 2 minutes on each side, pour in the wine and simmer until the alcohol evaporates. Add the mushrooms, cream and vegetable stock and simmer gently imtil both the meat and mushrooms are tender

RECIPE FOR SPAGHETTI WITH MINCED MEAT
500 g (2 lbs) spaghetti boiled in salted water and stained
250 g (1 lb) minced meat
Olive oil
1 onion, peeled and chopped
2 garlic cloves peeled and minced
Vegetable stock
Saute the onion and garlic in the olive oil until translicent add the other ingredients and boil for 30 minutes
Serve with the boiled spaghetti
