The speech of the Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelensky at the Greek Parliament on Thursday April 7th. 4 cups plain flour
2 tbsp dry yeast
2-3 cups warm water
4 cups barley flour
2 tsp salt
2 tsp honey
½ cup olive oil
Mix the yeast with half the plain flour, the barley flour
the salt and make a hole in the centre and allow I rise until doubled in bulk, .
