I wish to thank my beloved daughter-in-law, Elpida, and my son, Yiannis, for their warm hospitality during Easter lunch. Elpida had prepared Greek Easter soup (magheritsa) roast lamb and potatoes, tabbouleh and a delicious pavlova. Her parents, her sister and nephew and two friends were there.
