 1 kilo potatoes boiled in salted water and peeled

 1 onion  peeled and grated

2 garlic cloves peeled and minced

Olive oil

Lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Place the potatoes in a large bowl. Saute the onion and garlic with olive oil until translucent 

Season to taste Whip the olive oil with the lemon juice and sprinkle over the potatoes 

Serve cold.
